Argon

You live in Argon, a port city on the Eastern Seaboard. A couple years ago, Argon was the epicenter of some sort of virus, I think it was called the supergen virus, or something, and, well, it was a big wreck. The guys who got infected with the virus got some sort of mutated genetics. Something that gave them superhuman abilities, or whatever. Now, what went bad was the fact that there was actually 2 kinds of the virus, the normal one, and one that, well, lets say this, it made something in their brain tick, and made them crazy muderers. All hell broke loose in Argon, and thats where we come in. We are the good mutants. We call ourselves the Targe. And we will defend this city, whether they want it or not.

Purgatory and Nightwalker: Can release a visible, tangible astral form, the Users body becomes incapacitated while in astral form.

VILLAN POWERS:
Shade: Can turn themselves into Liquidous Black Slime that can pass through cracks and walls, and take on any form.
Controller: Has Psionic powers, telekinesis, and telepathy
Baron: Super strength, enough said
Banshee: Controls sound waves.

Sirens blared, and he heard a scratchy voice from the microphone, "You are in violation of US law! Step out of the building and you wont be harmed," Leo sighed, "Yea, no harm in taking me to a freakin' lab an' doin' test on me," He muttered sarcastically. "We are now authorized to use force!" The Megaphone screeched, he could hear the door slam down from the lower level. He heard footsteps coming up the old wooden staircase, he turned to the archway, just then two Agents quickly turned the corner, four tazer darts shot into him, he braced as the electricity jolted and zapped through his bones, "Right... Back... At ya!" He said as he unleashed the energy through his palms, knocking out both Officers. He ripped the darts out, and ran, jumped to the fire escape, and started descending the staircase, "Wherever theres action, villans will follow," He thought.

Mira sat down quietly and listened to some police kids, shouting the same legal jargon she'd heard moments before. she sipped her coffee calmly when they opened the door. They'd target her body. She put on a smile, and waited for them to finish talking, before giving a preemptive strike.she watched as they aimed tasers at her, but as soon as there was pressure on the trigger, she wasn't in her body anymore.
"yeee-ah, bitches...." she said, before punching them both in the face

Olivia watched the police at the building in front of her. They were making an arrest, or trying to, but they were way over their heads. They must be dealing with the elctricity one, as though they could do anything to hurt him. just a few blocks from here, she new they were trying to arrest the one with the last name Kiroslav, but she suspected there might be sucess in that case. she rather be on the trail of one who was bound to escape.

As Leo slid down the ladder, he spotted a street light. He ran over, punched open the box, ripped two of the wires, tied the tazer cords to the AC wire, and stabbed himself with the darts, he seized up, this was more electricity than he was used to. When he was charged, he ran out but he saw a shimmer of light on a rooftop, but then, down the street he heard another arrest in progress, he turned the corner and ran.

Mira kited the guards toward the kitchen and then abruptyly switched back to flesh. she crept behind them and gave a roundhouse kick that knocked the first out, and, in astral, gave a kick to the solar plexus, and another roundhouse kick back in the flesh. Mira allowed herself a smile at the handiwork, before looking out the window. they were preparing to send in a rougher crowd. She decide the bes way to do this would be to slip out the back door. she checked out side her room, but, d*mn, there were officers to either side, and they were ready to shoot. They'd have a point blank shot, and there were too many.

Leo quickly ascended the fire escape, slammed open the door, and looked around, 2 knocked out Cops, and 2, about to shoot, he jumped and lunged towards the nearest cop, grabbed his shoulders and sent about half of the electricity into his skeleton, then he charged his palms then jetted his hand out, releasing a rain of sparks, "That should blind him for now, we need to get out of sight!"

((Yea))

"I don't recall telling you were I lived..." said Mira with a shrug. "But thanks. Now let's jet, cause they're gonna send the 'special force' up." she grabbed her coffee from the table and waited for Leo's response.

((He heard the arrest going on, so he went over))
"You'd better hurry then, he said, running out the door, jumping off the staircase and as he was about to hit the ground, used his remaining power to displace the air below him.

Eleanor slunk along as a pile of sludge, looking around, hiding from any lights or cops. She climbed up the side of a building brick by brick and came to the top.
She solidified back into a human being and looked down at the scene, a smile escaping her cold, and cruel aura.
"Pigs..."she mumbled,"They help me out in the least suspectible times..."

Mira followed him. "Well, how would you know I wasn't, I don't know, trying to set off a bomb or something?I mean, you obviously have 'it', but what should that mean to me?"

Leo looked around, for any more trouble, he saw a bit of a shimmer from the roof, hard for him to tell, he could only see the color red, anyway. "I think I saw something, up on the roof, didnt look like a soldier to me though..."

Eleanor stood there in plain sight, drawing them nearer, showing them false hope that they could trust her.

"Hmm..." said Mira. "Don't know what that means, but....."
